Textures and vivid colors, often in unorthodox combinations are common elements of my work. Through the use of acrylics, oils, pastels and epoxy resints, often in the same piece, I endeavor to produce a strong reaction, an urge to not only view but to touch. My inspiration comes from the world around me, anywhere I go and everything I see or experience becomes an integral ingredient.
I studied art at both the University of Connecticut, and Central Connecticut State University and left my passion to raise my family. I've since returned to my first love, painting.
